Aburage Pupu

1 pkg Aburage (fried tofu)

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 T Shoyu

2 T Rice Vinegar

2 T Sugar or Honey

3 T Sesame Oil

1 1/2 T Sesame Seeds, roasted and crushed

Crushed chili pepper (optional)

Cut aburage into short strips and soak in boiling water. Squeeze out water. Mix aburage with rest of the ingredients. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce.
