Mandarin Dessert

Crust:

1 1/2 blocks butter

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 1/2 cup flour

3/4 cup chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and nuts. Mix well. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Filling:

2 cans mandarin oranges

1/2 cup mandarin orange juice

3 cups sour cream

2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix

1 lg tub Cool Whip

Chopped nuts

Mix juice, sour cream, and pudding mix. Add oranges. Pour into cooled crust and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts.
