1/2 cup sake
1/4 cup shoyu
1/4 cup mirin
2 cloves garluc, sliced
1 lb clams
2 Tbsp Butter
green onions, for garnish
Prepare clams. Bring to a boil, add clams, cover, check every 2 minutes. When all shells are open add 2 tablespoons butter. Toss to coat all. Sprinkle with green onions.
