Tsubushian Mochi (Baked Mochi)

Namie Honda, Settlement U.E.

2 boxes (1 lb) mochiko (sweet rice flour)

1 box (1 lb) brown sugar

2 cans (12 oz) coconut milk

2 cans water

1 can Tsubushian (sweet bean paste)

Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased pan at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
